As per the General Data Protection Regulation, when selling a Hobby Connect system (whether installed ex works or retrofitted) you are obliged to notify the end customer of the terms and conditions and obtain their written consent to store data.

Conformément au règlement relatif à la protection des données, lors de la vente d’un système Hobby Connect (qu’il soit monté d’origine ou installé ultérieurement), il existe une obligation de communiquer les conditions commerciales aux clients finaux et/ou d’obtenir un consentement par écrit concernant l’enregistrement des données collectées.
